You will also develop your study skills in: note taking, planning / structuring essays, critical and creative thinking and effective referencing.
The course is FREE if:
– you are aged 19-23 and do not previously hold a Level 3 qualification or higher.

Times: Tuesday and Wednesday 9.15-12.15 & 13.15-16.15.
- Entry Requirements
GCSE English at Grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent.
You will also be required to attend an interview with a member of our admissions team.
Although not an entry requirement for this course, a Level 2 maths qualification is desirable on starting the course but not essential. Where applicants do not have this qualification, progress will be reviewed by the Head of Studies and they will study Level 2 maths alongside this course starting in Semester 2.
- How will I be assessed?
Assessment will be via assignment work, research projects, examinations, reports and reflective accounts.

On successful completion of this course you will be able to progress to a higher level qualification / degree.
